I used the Sabertooths before switching to the Phat Head and I still use them on the recurve. I have not however used the buzzcuts so I can not compare. I had great luck with the Sabers with my short draw and low poundage. I got plenty of pass through and if I did my job on the shot the blood trails were great. Bone didn't seem to be a problem for these heads. I still have one that I believe is a 125 grain screw on email me your address and I'll mail it to you to try.
