I haven't shot the 2-blade into a foam target yet, but I recently shot the 3-blade while broadhead tuning. It wasn't any more difficult to remove from the target than the Thunderhead EDGE. I was using both a McKenzie Shotblocker and a Block Fusion crossbow target.

I would of course suggest using one of the practice heads if you're planning on practicing "often".
