Its not a problem with the head persay, our main welder has gotten squashed by the economy and is going out of business, so its a back up and re-group on welding. The problem we are having with other welders is they try to ramp up production by turning up the heat and moving parts faster which gives a lesser quality on the weld. So its a delay in production.
