I'm shooting FMJ 400's @ 27" (60 lb draw - 27.5 draw length), blazers and with a 100 gr Slick Trick and a #3 BAR, my total arrow weight is about 425 grs. Out of my Athens Accomplice my arrows chrono'd 260fps. Your bow may be faster/slower but it should be in that general area for speed.

To answer your question, I agree with Cartman - you have lots of KE for a mechanical broadhead with plenty of weight to back it up for good penetration. According to my KE calculator (backcountrybowhunting.com) I have 62.1 ft-lbs of KE for my setup.
