I buy my rubber boots a size larger and layer a set of socks on my feet. The extra air space acts as an insulator to help keep the feet warm. This only works if you are not walking long distances. I also put those back relaxing pads that stick to your body over my kidneys and that really helps keep blood flowing to extremeties.
