Im having similar issues with my setup.
Im getting pin point accuracy at 10m...about 2" groups at 20m and back to pinpoint at 30 and 40M.
I belive its a spine issue and the shaft is unstable at around 20m....Its no biggie as im still getting sub vital groups.
