I only have experience with the Phatheads. I can tell you that you would not be disappointed with it in any way. Our group has put down a pile of critters the last 3 years with them we all feel it is the best head we have ever shot.
As far as 100 vs 125 grain...I think that is more a personal preference than anything. The 125 Phathead is a bit wider cut but also has more surface area that can give some guys a little more trouble when it comes to bh tuning. I have shot both and killed animals with both.
