I contacted our state game manager and asked him the "barbed broadhead question" He replied that as long as a broadhead meets the cutting diameter requirement (7/16), it can be barbed. I too was told by others that they thought it was illegal in NE but not according to NE Game and Parks. I carry the letter from the state game manager with my license.
