Just some info that you may or may not want. I'm not a fanboy, I have others I've used this year too.
The reason that the entry wound is smaller than the exit. The blades don't start to open until the tip and blade tips are inside the deer. That is how they can be shot at extreme angles without deflection, the blades are inside when they open. If you consider that bad that's okay, but it is by design. My entry wound was about 1.5", certainly smaller than the exit which was easily 2.5"
The rattling is an easy fix. Put a little string wax on the blades and they will stick together and be noise free. Open them up and apply to the two sides that face each other. Also a touch of heat would have shrunk the band and helped, but the wax is easier and a sure thing.
I like the Shwackers, they fly like darts and are easy to resharpen. I like them for another reason, I can use it in my blind and shoot thru the mesh without worry of them opening and throwing off arrow flight. This is a big plus for me. I wish there were more mechanical BHs that worked with shoot-thru mesh.
