Left one is a E. Miller Orem utah-spriral killer, Middle is a MA-2, and not sure about the one on the right.

I have a couple like the one on the right. I think it may be a LaFond's but not sure

I agree it looks like a Lafonds. Is they any stamping on it? The came both with and without stamping. Looks like it probably is for an 11/32 arrow.

Zero stampings and definately an 11/32 ferrule.
