funny story about my masculine middle name

I started dating my now wife.

First time I ever met my future inlaws...dinner table....small talk...I am very nervous...somehow we start talking middle names....I have always made fun of my own.....So I start going off on what a rediculous middle name I have and how less than manly it sounds......there was this awkward silence....I am thinking man my middle name is so bad that I have left them all speechless...........My future father-in-law (a man of not many words) says my middle name is lynn are you calling me gay?....lump in throat...face getting really warm....he then smiles and says, I hate my middle name...
