Here's a broadhead that didn't work for me
Unfortunately I didn't think to take a picture.
I've had bad experiences with Cabela's Lazer Supreme launched at 300fps (they were cheap). The Cabela's might work great launched a little slower, but the yaw stress at 300fps will snap the ferrule. I don't understand why a living animal is tougher on a broadhead than targets, hay bales, and dirt banks, but the Cabelas were looking good until I snapped 3 of them on a bull last year. Bull went in the freezer, but I wasn't happy. This year I'm going up in arrow weight to get the velocity down to about 275fps and I'm currently thinking of going back to Muzzy 4 blade.
