Default Anyone still use rocky mountains?

I am a huge Rocky Mountain fan and so luckily I stocked up on my favorite models before they closed their doors for good. My favorites are, the Premier 125, Ironhead 125, Advantage 100 and the Gator. I have used them all with great success, but find myself using the Premiers the most. In my humble opinion, they are or I should now say, were the sharpest out of the box made. Any other fellow RM shooters still around??

I have not shot them but was very close to buying some gators from basspro a couple weeks ago.

The rocky mountain Titanium 100 was my favorite head.
I stocked up this winter when the gators where 10 to 15 a pack but haven't tried them yet.
I shot alot of there expandable line over the years as well great company wish they where still in business. I sent a rocky mountain off to one of the fellow members for the kids to shoot at camp.

I forgot to add the Ti 125's to my list as well. I do see Bass Pro is still carrying the Gators at least for now. In my opinion they are better than the Rage. And don't forget, the Rage is a copy cat of the Gator.

I have been using the Primier 100's since they came out about 17 years ago. See no reason to change as long as I still have them. I collect broadheads and have not seen a head that impresses me enough to change. It is the best head I have ever used. Simple, tough, and all at a reasonable cost.

I miss Rocky Mtn., they were all I used for 10+ years. I used to call Rocky Mtn. and talk to Bruce Barrie about his new heads and what fletching he recommended. It was great being able to talk to the man himself. Bruce told me his favorite heads that they designed were the Titanium 100, Turbo (Blitz), and Snyper. I'd have to agree with him but I would add the Ironhead 125 to the list also. The Rage looks like it was designed after the Snyper to me. Sometimes I wonder what new heads they would have come out with by now. I think I'm going to go cry myself to sleep now.

Nice to see a few others still shoot Rocky Mountain out there. I am just glad I stocked up over the years.

Yeah my father in law uses snypers. Good broad head. He has killed five deer with one of them, he just sharpens it up and works perfectly everytime.

They were sold probably almost five years ago to the company that makes the Block targets and Rage broadheads. That is why the Rage looks so much like the RM Snyper.

I have used quite a few of their heads and went with the Ironhead 125 for my hunting. They were as tough as they come and there were no other blades as sharp. I shill have several dozen in the package, great heads.

Titanium 100's! The Premiers were good, too.
