Standing Bear will become famous soon enough
Default Howard hill 2 blade broadhead

Well, I'll be, I found one of these heads in the bottom of my broadhead box, it was under a old dried up scott's towel. I have never bought these but do remember being in a hunting camp once with a guy that swore by these heads. During this hunt, he also got a really nice deer using his longbow and cedar shafts.

the design itself looks alot like the Shark broadheads but has a slimmer line to it.

Has anyone use these heads in the past? I see they are still being sold. Adn I did notice a small pin hear the top of the ferrell too.

I had one of these heads once that I got in a trade. Shot a beaver with it with a Hill longbow and lost the arrow. Flew very well. Saw on Tom Musatto's website how to modify a Ribtek 190 into a Hill shape and did that to a few of them. They were good heads too.

I have never used the Howard Hill broadhead, but Howard believed the 3 to 1 ratio made the best broadhead for penetration.
