Hawg Envy I take exception to your comment and cannot believe you would get 3 bent ferrules in any package, could it be that maybe the inserts in your arrows were not straight and installed correctly or possibly you have a misalignment of the trocar tip on the broadhead? Did you try different heads on different arrows or used a arrow you know is perfect straight and insert correctly installed to check them or tried swapping the tips around to see if that changed it?
It is almost impossible for us to run a bent or crooked ferrule off the CNC screw machines we use to make them, those machines are very accurate and consistent and hold higher tolerances then we can barely measure, if anything is off by any it will tell us and there is no way our ferrules can be bent after manufacturing and during packaging not to mention they hardly ever bend in actual use as well. We shoot these things into steel barrels on a daily basis not to mention many other torture tests and our material and manufacturing process we use have proven to be exceptionally strong. There are many grades of aluminum alloys as there are steel alloys and some aluminum can be stronger then some steels believe it or not. We have tested many different materials over the 27 years we have been producing broadheads and use the finest materials we can for our broadheads.
Of cours anything is possible, but not very likely to have multiple bad ferrules in any package and if you ever have any problems with any of our products we always stand behind them and will take of you in any situation.

it was the ferrules. It could clearly be seen. But yes, I tried several heads into the arrows and all were spot on. Muzzy's were 8" left and 10" low of field point POI. Other BH's(wasp, steelforce, magnus, deadheads) were @ same poi or close.
