Has anyone tried or done testing on the Tuffarrowhead manufactured by Blackwater Products Co, Inc. ?

It's barbed, and legal here in Mo. How many states allow barbed heads?

Barbed heads are legal in Wisconsin. Back in the old days they were going to outlaw them, but never ended up passing the law to do so. By then most of the manufacturers had stopped making them so I guess they didn't feel it was necessary.

What was funny is that most people thought they were illegal but in researching the laws a few years ago it was found it was never put on the books.
