Has anyone had their hands on this head yet? I am assuming that they are razor sharp out of the box. If so....my question is if you resharpen them on a flat stone is the edge already ground and ready to go? Meaning they only will require touching up? The originals took quite a bit of sharpening when you started. You had to remove the factory edge and then they were pretty easy to sharpen.
I am currently shooting buzzcuts and I am quite happy with their performance but I have been unable to sharpen them to my liking. I am thinking about going back to the SS because I had such good luck with them. |

Its not a problem with the head persay, our main welder has gotten squashed by the economy and is going out of business, so its a back up and re-group on welding. The problem we are having with other welders is they try to ramp up production by turning up the heat and moving parts faster which gives a lesser quality on the weld. So its a delay in production.

Things are looking up in the welding department, so we may be back on tract here.

Just out of curiousity, you mentioned that you cannot get the Buzzcuts sharpened to your liking. How are you doing it? And have you seen Woody's sharpening video? For me, the Buzzcuts sharpen up extremely easily using a Lansky system.
