Default T3 Barbed?

Is the T3 broadhead considered barbed? Under Minnesota law, we cannot use barbed broadheads and these look like they might be. If they aren't, can you explain how they fold back to not be barbed?

Thanks.

Don't know much about the T3 but when i went to gander mountain and was asking about mechanical heads i was told that the Tekan and True Fire Switchblades are considered barbed. Can anyone else back this up? And are there any others that are considered barbed?

Hey Guys,
This kind of knews sucks as I was considering using them this fall and
I know that in Minnesota we cannot us barbed broadheads. I guess I might
have to try the Spitfire Edge or the Grim Reapers.
