Default Acceptable Arrow Groupings

WHat do you feel is an acceptable grouping? For me its a two inch or smaller group at 30 yards and 4 inch at 60 yards however I don't often shoot out to 60 yards.

That's about what I shoot for. No pie plates for me. Squirrels and chipmunks make for good practice while on stand, I take headshots on the squirrels.

So you are shooting 2 inch groups all the time or most of the time? I wish I could do that but I am quite visually impaired. While there are instances where I'll have 3 or four arrows, out of five in a, in a 3" group, I'd say that typically I'm happy with a grouping of 4-5 inches at ranges from 20 to 60 yards.

With three arrows I usually shoot between two or four inches at thirty yards. I shoot for 2 inches at thirty, thats in a perfect world, but we all know humans are no were near perfect, but we are just as god made us.

No not all the time. I shoot for 2" groups at 20-30 and 3" at 40. I usually don't shoot groups, I hate trashing arrows. Back when I shoot 20yd indoor five spot as a youth my best score was a 296 out of 300. It's hard staying consistent shot after shot, when you throw in distance it gets even harder.

Yeah, I'll hunt with that, although I'm proud to say that I shoot a little tighter than that, can mantain a 6 in group at 70 yards.
