i am hunting West Central MN, is any one still using a doe/buck decoy this time of year?? This winter is really wierd, the weather is way warm, no snow, and it seems like the deer numbers are much lower this year...just wondering if a decoy is good or not a good idea this late in the game, thanks...

Well Im not a MN hunter, but I will say IMO a decoy is worth a try. Especially if you can put it in an area with forage. Deer this ime of year are looking for food, and if they see another deer in an area with food I fel they are more inclined o go to that place. During this time of year i've noticed deer almost turn into pack animals, so I figure if I can simulate a deer or two in a feeding area more deer are sure to come.
