I walked into my office this morning and my friend had mounted my buck on the wall after picking it up from the taxidemist! It's not a monster, but it's a pretty respectable buck, taken on a bitter cold day here in Northern Nevada after a six hour stalk!
![]() ![]() ![]() My first deer taken with my compound bow, after a six hour stalk on December 3, 2011. My bow is a Diamond The Rock, 26" draw, 60 pounds of pull, 369 grain arrow with a 100 grain Aftreshock Tremor mechanical broadhead moving at 250FPS with 49 Foot-pounds of Kinetic Energy. TruGlo Extreme five pin sight, Winner's Choice strings, UltraRest HDX arrow rest and Beman ICS Bowhunter 400 carbon arrows - I love this thing!

Nice Lookin mulie.....If I ever do a European mount I will use that same system......I've never liked a Euromount stuck against the wall.....it makes the head look straight down and the rack look less-tall. Tell your friend I have a nice mount he can pay for if it makes him feel all warm and fuzzy......heck I'll even send him a framed pic of it once I get it back.
