I shot my earn a buck doe with a 2.5" 100gr Vortex Pro Extreme. NO Blood trail but dropped her in 35 visible yards. Good shot but preferably 2" lower. Broadhead shot from a Mathews Z7 28.5" 70lbs bow. Easton Axis 340 arrows with Fusion 2" vanes. It shot accurately and blew through sticking into the ground quite a bit. Durability; blades bent up but ferrule in great shape. Thin blades are better for slicing but not good maintaining their integrity. Devastating wound channel with full instant deployment. I don't know how to post pics sorry.
Next I will be shooting 2" Swhackers and giving a review. Hopefully, I will learn how to post pics. |
