Default Grim Reaper Kill #15.....2"

Well heres Grim Reaper Kill #15 for the year. This was my last hunt at this place i was hunting. This doe came in and stood under me for about 5 mins.Once it turned away from me and started to walk off i drilled it at 5 yards straight down into it with a 2" Grim Reaper. The arrow made a complete pass thru and stuck in the dirt with the doe taking off on a short death run.........WATCH'EM DROP!!!!!!

This is where she lay !!!!!!

Widowmaker, I'm assuming u were hunting out of a treestand. You really knock em down. R u hunting out of a fixed stand or do you move around with a climber? U seem to find alot of deer and really know how to get on them.

I quit hunting out of climbers years ago.I only use small lock on stands and i move around constantly.I use the Lone Wolf Assault stands.Might not be the most comfortable stand but who ever said relentless killing was suppose to be comfy??....lol....Hunt where they have alot of deer and MOVE,MOVE,MOVE your stand around constantly.

Agree 100%.....I think most hunters underestimate how well deer pattern hunters. I only hunted twice in the same spot one time this year. New tree every time !! Great shot placement again and what an entry hole!!! I am a COC contact shooter but seeing that hole with a full pass thru makes me want to try those 2" Reapers. WOW!!

Do you use the Lone Wolf climbing sticks? Also, do you hang your stand in advance or scout, hang your stand and hunt?
