Well heres Grim Reaper Kill #17 for the year.This deer was taken with a 2" Whitetail Special.This was by far the fastest hunt of the year for me.I was walking into the stand and was about 10 yards away from the tree and looked at my watch and it was 2:57pm.I reached the tree and tied my bow rope to my bow and climbed up into the stand.Pulled my bow up and put an arrow on the string and sat down.Pulled out my phone and typed two words texting my buddy and all of a sudden i hear footsteps approaching in the leaves.I look out into the timber and see this guy coming straight down the trail directly for me.Im thinking YOU GOTTA BE KIDDING ME????.........I Grab the bow and as he gets to 10 yards i give him a WAAAAAAA and he stops and i drill him with the 2" Grim Reaper.He runs off on his DEATH RUN and RUNS SLAM INTO TWO TREES HEAD ON and then i watch him crash about 60 yards away.I hang the bow back on the hanger and look at my watch and it's 3:03pm..........NOW THATS BOWHUNTING!!!!!........lol.......When he ran into the trees he ended up breaking off the right side of his horns.I looked and looked and could never find the right side..........WATCH'EM DROP!!!!!!
