Default flip blades

Terry,
just curious about how the blades lock into the ferrule and wondering if the back side gets dull by being in contact with the ferrule?

Default Reversible Blades

We have engineered a special chamfered groove in the ferrule with relief in order to hold the blade in place without dulling the cutting edge. The blade never rests on the apex of the cutting edge. Instead it rests on the flats of the blade. The blades are held in place on the ferrule by a locking collar.
