Exclamation homemade torture tested

all 4 broadheads started as circ saw blades and old bh ferrules. i took a three blade ferulle and put it in my drill press then started shaving with a file till it was small enuff.. then cut out the blade to desired size.then i cut a slit in the ferulle big enuff for the blade and i jbweld it in ..then sharpen and paint..it takes me about 2-3 hours per head so a little time consuming..the blackone in the pic is 200 gr and 1 1/2 in cut.the red ones ar both about 125 gr and 1 3/8 and the silver one is for turkeys and its 125 and 1 1/4.
the plywood is 3/4 and the blade was still sharp imagine what it would do to a deer! i cant wait to see! thanks alot for looking..

Great looking heads!
Be sure to check your state laws as to the legality of your barbed heads.

Very nice! The only thing I would be concerned about with the red broadhead would be wind planing. Also, do they make 200 grain practice tips? I'm sure you could come up with something to practice with the same weight though keep up the good work man!
