Well the black line through the middle of the page is gone, thats good. Something is still stopping the repeat y of the background but the repeat x is obviously working. I did some searching and there are several different things that have happened to people to cause this in firefox, just haven't found the right one yet.

I would say that is definitely the case. Once the background repeats in y then you should be set other then getting that tan panel to also repeat in y on the warranty and contact page.
