Default Another warranty question

I've got the 100gr 2 blade(yellow 6pk). Just wondering if the warranty covers the glue-in aluminum ferrule as well as the BH. I'm assuming it's from impact, but the threads are screwed up and I could hardly get them out of the arrows. 1 or 2(dont remember w/o looking) I had to pull the insert also.

Its a no question warranty, heck, you could send in perfectly brand new heads and they'd replace them.

I'm sure there's no question that the BH's will be replaced under warranty. I would recommend that you call Magnus first to be sure you send them back so there's no confusion about the process. But that's just me.

Wow, maybe I am old school but why is it their fault? You said it was on impact which tells me you shot it, and probably not at something you should have. If it is really just the insert then the head did fine, why don't you just spend the $.20 and buy a new insert?

When I hit a rock, a tree, or either on a pass through I figure it is just the cost of doing business and not the heads fault.

your right. It's not their fault or the fault of the head. Or mine, for that matter. Stuff happens. They offer the warranty. The consumers didn't ask for it.

I shot this Buzzcut thru here just to see for myself what it would do.

I posted a pic on another forum to show how well it performed.
Mike happened to see the post and offered to send me a new one.

THAT IS SOME SERIOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

(I didnt take him up on the offer because I TRIED to damage it)

Even without a lifetime warranty - or a warranty of any sort -
Magnus broadheads are the best in the industry !!!!
Been shooting them for about 20 years and will shoot them for another 20
if I live that long.
