I used 2-blade rage for 3yrs,shot 13 deer with no failure! The only thing I dislike is out of 13 heads, only 3 were able to be saved!Either you could not get the screw,or rollpin out, they were bent!

I have never had a problem with the 2 blades, and thats is what I use 99% of the time, I have had the 3 blades not fully open before tho, the blades got hung up on each other on impact, still harvested the deer tho.

I heard someone that shoots Rage (I can't remember who it was), and gets paid for it was showing of the Rage broadhead at the ATA show I believe, and at 60 yards it opened in mid-flight, and went into another time zone. I have never used them so I can't say an opinion. That was the only thing I have heard about them opening in mid-flight though.

I use the two blades and they are great. My farthest shot was 42 yards with a complete pass through on a doe.

Not that I know of. There was a video on youtube where a guy was shooting rage's already open and it didn't hamper the flight. Don't know how much truth is there though.

Is SA Rage 2 is becomming the most used mechanical very fast, people are starting wear by these heads, the game in Africa are tuff buggers and the Rage 2 puts them down realy fast.

The huge entry and exit is amazing.

Honestly, I have seen them open once in I can't say how many shots...And it wasn't pretty...It took a pretty mean nose dive. I have also shot them with the blades open, and they flew as they did closed. I think it has a lot to do with chance, and whether the blades are horizontal or perpendicular to the ground when they open, changing the aerodynamics and the action of an airfoil on the head. Still, an awesome head.

Default rage

Great Broadhead and as Hugo said they work very well on our african species.
I dont use them on walk and stalk as I have had the blades dislodge when stalking through sticks and grass as our hunting areas are mostly dense bush.
But that is just my personal opinion and experiance.

I never had a problem with these broadheads. I shoot these all the time. I shot a buck through both shoulder blades at 20 yards and had a complete pass through.
