Default Hope I have enough bow for Grim Reapers..

Just like the post says. I have a PSE EVO maxed at 62# set at 27" draw. I use 125 grain tips and my arrow weighs 408-410 grains. I just ordered a pack of Grim Reaper Razortips and hope I have enough bow for them. I will be hunting turkey and deer. Any other short draw archers shooting Reapers or other mechanicals?

The looks of the Reaper is what first caught my eye. The reviews sealed the deal. The 1 3/8 reapers should be LEATHAL in your setup!!!!

Here's a vid of Grim Reaper Pro Staff member, Caleb Stanley field testing the exact BH with almost the same specs on his setup.

Hope this helps:

You will do fine shooting GR's with your set up. I have shot GR's for a few years now and they are the only mechanical I use.

they said grims were getting pass throughs on broadside deer with women shooting only 35# . My wife shoots 42# and has no trouble. I shoot around 60# they work great.

I shoot 27 inch draw and about 65 lbs and have gotten passthroughs with 1 3/4 inch wasp and 1 1/2 inch spitfires. The GR,s will out due both of them.

Do they work good on game larger than deer? Also do they really fly like field points?

Just bought Grim Reaper 2 inch whitetails. It came with a practice tip that flies just like the field tips out of my Horton Crossbow. Hitting nice groups out to 40 yds. Haven't shot any game with them yet, though.
