I shot a coyote last year high as it was trotting. It severed the spine and did it's job. When I recovered the arrow (thank God for lighted knocks!) the 2 blade Bloodrunner definitely expanded as it would not go back to a fixed position. I still have the broadhead and it is still stuck open. Reusing these may not be an option but they do expand and leave a wicked cut.

I shot this yote a couple days ago with the 2 blade they are still sharp even after shooting him in the brisket and coming out his spine on the entrance you can tell it expanded to 2 inchs and the exit was about 6 because it came out on an angle

I've been hesitant to try this broadhead because of the bulky midsection of the broadhead. I guess I thought that it might get hung up if it hit some tough bone. Has anybody had any issues with it blasting through bone??
