Default best flying most forgiving NAP

I am wanting the best flying most forgiving NAP. Which one to go with??? I currently have a ton of THEADS which shoot great but with any flaws in my form they really highlight my mistakes and I have never been able to get them to hit near my Field tips. Look forward to your suggestions.

Well, by now, everyone probably knows my vote would be for the Thunderhead EDGE ... and/or the new RAZOR ... essentially the same head minus the serrated blades.

Since you didn't mention fixed blade BHs, I'm surprised no one hasn't mentioned Spitfires. If you can't get them to hit with the same POI as your FPs, then something is REALLY wrong.

Good point. I too prefer the Spitfire MAXX as far as our mechanicals. Those and the T-head EDGE share space in my quiver.

We'll have a DVD out in the coming months where you can see my NoDak velvet hunt ... the work the MAXX's did on that buck was outstanding!

Just a thought, I remember not being able to getting my Thunderheads 125's to fly like my field points a number of years ago. Then, one day, I heard about fine tuning and micro tuning broadheads from Ike at Ike's Outdoors.

Holy Moly!!!!!!!!!!!! After passing a few days of tuning exercises with my rest/broadhead set up, I could put all kinds of differnent broadheads real tight with my field points. What I like today is getting a customer come into the shop, tell me he can't do this and after spending one hour outside explaining to him why his broadheads are flying where they are and applying the appropriate corrections, they are all flabbergasted and so very happy.

With that being said, shooting a group of bare shafts against a group of fletched shafts will let you know if your spined correctly. Because, if your not spined correctly, broadheads will still fly all over the place.

This is the link to the information I use to set up my bows. Main thing is to have fun
