Default Phoenix 100 question...

Man I love this broadhead... I have smoked two deer with it and it has def. done its job. But I got on redfeather site today and notice you can not order it for the time being... Is there any info of when they will be ready to ship again?

They should be ready soon, Stan had a problem with the heat treat process on the last batch and they were brittle. The last I herd the new batch of heads was on its way to the heat treaters then off to the teflon coaters.

My guess would be some time hopefully with in a week or 2 but Stan would know for sure.

05 is right should be a couple weeks. Hit Stan up and he might have a better time frame.

Was it the same head for the two deer? Just curious on how it looks after the two. I shot a hog and a big 9pt with the same head and it still looks almost new. It's in my quiver and will lay down some does soon. I think one package of these heads will last a long time, but I too would like to pick some more up.

Stan will get us an update soon. Last week I know the heads were off to teflon. It's just a matter of time, but I have the utmost respect for Stan and RFA with their focus on quality.

Yes it was the same head and it still looks great....It will be shot again once I get it sharp(I am not very good at doing this, broadhead, knife etc). This broad head is good.. The buck I shot (I thought I hit a little far back) only went 30 yards before it dropped... I could not believe it. It just emptied him. I am very confident in them now. I will try and post pics tomm. I don't have a lot of pics because I never seem to have my camera with me when I actually shoot one...(my wife has it, and I have a 1 year old...do I need to say more)

Hey Bigtimber, congrats! These guys are on the money, we are just waiting for heads to return from teflon coating before they are a available again. Definitely want to make sure the quality is what you expect when you get more heads. Thanks.
