Default VAP's with Phoenix

Hey Stan I know you asked about VAP arrows in the past. I just set these up for Amelia and thought I would share.

Details:
47lb Nemesis
25" draw
speed unknown have not tested

500 spine cut to 25" long + the 1" of the predator outsert for a total of 26"
43 grain outsert
100 grain head
F nock 5 grains
Custom Wrap 15 grains
3 gateway rayzrs (2 purple 1 gray on 3 and 2 gray and 1 purple on 3)

Total arrow weight 317 grains +/- 1/2 grain I spent an entire day making these 6 arrows but they are all built to my perfect standard. I went through spine tested each and every one for the most consistent spines out of the bunch then I put the stiffest part of each arrow under the cock vane so that they all flew the same. I squared the nock end, the carbon insert end, and the outsert.

I went and sighted it in for her yesterday and I broke on nock on the first two arrows shot so I quit grouping I didn't want to ruin her arrows for her while she was working.

Overall I am very impressed with these arrows they even have me considering getting some for myself. The only thing I did not really like about the arrow was how loose the outsert fitted in the shaft. It slides in and out with ease not a real fan about that but I guess as long as the glue holds it should be a non issue.

And if I say so myself the Phoenix looks mighty good on the end of them.

Awesome looking arrows, Dustin. Making me think really hard about getting some myself.

The vaps with the Phoenix head are amazing in flight. That is my hunting combo this coming season.

I was very impressed with them and was going to build some for myself but I could not get done what I wanted as far as a heavier insert are concerned so it was a no go
