It is definitely worth the coin, I could sit in sub zero temps and I think my feet would send me packing before I truly got cold its wind proof and super insulated.
I sure wish you were here again, seeing numbers like I did is just nothing short of magical when they come in like that. Imagine 20 deer as close to you as the one you got to shoot, you really have to mind your movements then, and once you draw you are committed to it, no way to let down and not get caught.

I finally got my first bow kill this year and it was third day of the season, with a phoenix 100grain. It was bout 110lb doe. Hit her a little far forward, through the front part of the shoulder right before dark. Thought i hit her but wasn't sure. It was pitch black by the time I got down out of the stand. I couldn't find blood or my arrow but I saw where she ran. About 10 yards from where I shot here, I saw one spot of blood and I thought I had just nicked her. About 5 yards form there, the bloodbath started. It was about 15 yards from the gas line where I shot her to the woods. She made it about 20 yards on the woods. Great blood trail after it started. Broadhead missed the heart but cut the main artery heading up to her neck right next to her heart. Went back the next day and found my arrow, phoenix was still sharp and its back in my quiver. My dad had asked me how far it was and i didn't know. He asked whic pin I used and I didn't know. I checked and it was 47 yards form the base of the tree I was in to where I hit her. Our season closes in north ga on jan 1 so me and a friend went on a long weekend trip to the southern region that was open till Jan 15. I never got a shot at a deer, but I shot the first armadillo I had ever seen with one of my talons. My buddy didn't believe me but in the North ga mountains, we have no armored rats. it made a heck of a whallop and the dillo only made it about 5 yards.
