Most popular or currently popular, that would definitely have some different answers. I am sure there are tons of Zwickeys and Bear Razorheads stuck in trees and stumps all over the country for many years, probably 2 of the most popular, of course there are many others as well, but those 2 as far as old heads would probably be the tops.
In more recent times I would have to say Magnus, Snuffer, Woodsmen, Grizzlies are pretty popular as well as our Phantom line of heads have a strong following as well.

And the Phantom goes back many years prior to Muzzy taking over making them.

First production was 1991. They were made in Aspen. Colorado. I killed a whitetail buck in 1996 with one, flawless performance! The original had a steel tipped ferrule and then a bit later went with a solid aluminum ferrule.
They were sold to Muzzy shortly before the owners passing away from cancer. Muzzy did wonderful things with the Phantom, particularly by adding the 220 gr. head

Raghorn...you have been deeper in broadheads than most of us put together on this site. Coming from someone with your depth of knowledge...what broadhead has stood out more to you than any other head in history....and why?

To state any one particular broadhead would be
very difficult to do as there are design and applications that affect broadhead choice.

The MA-3 originated as the Bod-Kin in 1946 as shown in the picture below. As you can by comparing the two photos there is not much change in 63 years. Notice the "Bod-Kin" stamp. These were made for Whiffen Archery.
A couple of years later Whiffen started to make their own "Bod-Kin" so Make All Tool and Die continued to make a broadhead it was stamped-MA-3. In another post here on Broadhead Talk the question was asked what a hunter wanted in a broadhead. The MA-3 fulfills all the requirements. Easy to sharpen to a shaving edge Silent flight excellent flight inexpensive durable no moving parts to fail no assembly For a very severe test I have installed this head on a 750 gr compressed hemlock shaft and shot it from 10 yards from a 65lb recurve into my basement wall. The head stuck into the wall 3/8" The ferrule split, but the welds held. If this were to happen on an animal( never has even on shoulder blade ridge and a leg bone the was shattered by the MA-3 - no damage to head) the head would continue on into animal and continue to cut. I nor anyone I know has ever had this head fail on an animal.

Thank you Red Feather,
These that are being made by Del-ma are with a new die. But again they haven't changed much. Booner...... I'll trade you some if you want to try them. Mine are the older green version. I don't have any of the Del-ma version. Give me list of some BHDs you would be willing to trade.
