I am currently busy trying to tune my arrows for my compound and tradtional self bow. I am still in the process to get the theoretical part regarding the type of arrow, lenght of arrow, FOC , weight of arrow, spine of arrow and type of fledges and best nock and type of weighted inserts (75-100gn) to use for my hunting arrows, for the two different bows. I am goiing to use the XL Silver Flame 125 gn broadhead with these two different types of arrows.
Any suggestions is welcomed. Regards.

Hallo Dave
Yes,this sound strange, but I had met no person that want to or had shoot a traditional selfbow using a GH broadhead 125gh Silver Flame XL as a hunting point. So this is goiing to be all new to me...But luckily I knew people who have endless knoweledge regarding all the clever answers and information regarding traditional hunting set-up. Otherwise it is a trail and error hunting that I am goiing to persue...What I know so far is that I need to have a very high FOC , with a heavy insert to get good penetration, 9 inches will do it on a medium animal with very good shotplacement. Currenly in RSA.
